I offer a unique 2-in-1 session – a combination of talking therapy/counseling with a massage session. During the session, we can discuss anything that is bothering you or that you would like to share with me, while I provide gentle and careful touching.

The aim of this session is to relax both your body and mind. Massage can greatly help improve your mental health, especially if you are dealing with anxiety, stress, or feelings of loneliness.

Here are the types of massages I offer:

  1. Relaxation massage: Back, head, or full body.
  2. Body-body/Nuru massage.
  3. Full body sport massage with coconut oil.

The massage can be a part of a surrogate therapy session, included in the session’s price, or it can be an additional service provided upon agreement.
